Wealth Manager / President / Managing Partner

Jeremy has a deep joy for helping people and believes his calling is to help others to be good stewards of their wealth. He firmly believes in three things about his role as a wealth manager: First, he believes everyone is different and there is not a cookie cutter approach that magically works for everyone. Thus, listening is the first role. Secondly, He believes that diligence is a requirement. Since no two clients are exactly the same, they are each owed the adequate time to research for their objectives. Lastly, he believes his job is just as much to educate the client as it is to provide advice. “Clients cannot make educated decisions without first being educated,” Jeremy said. “Too often we see client’s come in who bought products without any understanding of what they own, why they own it, or what the risks are.” The compassion, devotion and pride Jeremy has for his clientele is unmatched.

Jeremy specializes in financial planning, wealth management, risk transfer and generational asset transfer strategies for both individuals and agribusiness clientele.

Professional Background

Between internships, commodities trading, and financial services, Jeremy has been in the industry since 2000. He received two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees at the University of North Texas in Denton. His first degree is in Financial Planning and the second in Insurance. After taking the LSAT, and planning on going to law school, Jeremy chose to end his formal education and start a career. Over the years, Jeremy has been recognized for some the highest levels of achievement in his industry. Jeremy was the salesman of the month over a dozen times and salesman of the year twice while in the commodities business. Jeremy earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Councilor (CRPC) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designations in 2010, both from the College for Financial Planning.

Growing up in north Texas, much of Jeremy’s passions were a product of his environment. Jeremy was raised in the small town of Ponder, TX. His grandfather owned a dairy farm, where Jeremy learned both work ethic, and the value of a dollar.

“Had I not grown up with the surroundings I did, and not had the parents I had, I would not be where I am today,”

Jeremy’s work ethic carried over into his schoolings, but also his real passion, sports, where he found a second home and thrived in athletics. He was elected team captain of his high school baseball team and went on to play competitively after high school. Although injuries cut his collegiate baseball career short, he continued to play and was even elected MVP of the Texas Semipro league. Although he now only plays golf, and is an active member of the Pecan Valley Golf Association (PVGA), he is still an avid baseball fan.   He fiercely supports the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks, PRCA rodeos, and many of the golfers on the PGA tour.

Jeremy’s biggest passion now is his family. He spends as much time as he can with his wife, Tasha. They have a dog, Barrett, barn cats, and cows. “Many people call their spouse, ‘their better half,’ but in our case, she is both halves that keep me whole,” Jeremy said when speaking of his wife. They are in the process of finding a new church home close to their house, which is now in the Burleson/Crowley area. They enjoy traveling, once a year, back and forth to Oregon, where Tasha grew up. Annually, they travel domestically and plan to do more international travels in the future.

Jeremy has a deep joy for helping others, and believes his calling in life is to empower every client with the knowledge necessary to be a good steward of their wealth.

He firmly believes in three things about his role as a wealth manager: First, he believes everyone is different, and there is not a cookie-cutter approach that magically works for everyone. He sees listening as his first and primary role. Secondly, He believes that diligence, understanding, and thoroughness is a requirement. Since no two clients are exactly the same, they are each owed the adequate time for him to research and comprehend their objectives. Lastly, he believes his job is just as much to educate the client, as it is to provide advice.

“Clients cannot make educated decisions without first being educated”

Jeremy feels that, “Too often we see clients come in who have purchased products without any understanding of what they own, why they own it, or what the risks are.” Jeremy feels it is his duty to educate and empower these clients with the tools necessary to make informed decisions about their future. His drive comes from his sense of duty, compassion, devotion, and integrity.
